Livery - Geldings Only

These questions ensure that Holme Farm is the right fit for you and your horse.


If you answer “Yes” to any of the questions below, thank you for your interest, but we will not be able to accommodate you at this time.

Do you own a mare?
> We are a geldings-only yard and cannot currently take mares.

​

Are you a competition rider or looking for a competition-focused yard?

> We are a quiet, non-competition yard and not set up for high-intensity training or frequent travel.

Do you require individual turnout? 
> We provide group turnout only; individual turnout is not available.

​

Does your horse have any vices or behavioural issues (e.g. crib-biting, wind-sucking, weaving, aggression, separation anxiety, etc.)? 
> We are unable to accept horses with vices or known behavioural issues, as our priority is maintaining a safe, calm, and harmonious herd environment.

  • Single sex herd turnout (geldings)

  • 20 x 40 outdoor arena with an “all-in-one” Flexiride® surface from Equestrian Direct on top of silica sand.

  • Starvation Paddock

  • Excellent local off road hacking onto the many bridleways in Stansted and the South Downs​​

  • Hay produced on site and delivered weekly​
